Visa

For general information about visa requirements to travel to China can be found online.

To apply an entry visa, you need an invitation letter, please provide the following information to LOC (info@icmmes.org) with a subject "letter for visa application" to request a letter:

  • your full name in English (as spelled on your passport);
  • your date of birth (DOB);
  • your nationality;
  • your passport number (if you have one already);
  • your title and business mailing address of your affiliation;
  • your email address

 You may also apply a tourist visa without the invitation letter, which appears to be the easiest way of obtaining a visa.
