ICMMES uses ConfTool, a conference management software, to handle the registration and abstract submission. Participants are asked to create an account using ConfTool with a unique username and password. The required data to create an account are:

  1. Your affiliation;
  2. Your job title;
  3. Your full name (first and last/family/surname);
  4. Your business postal address;
  5. And your email address.

Once your account is created, you can login to edit the information saved previously and/or to upload, save, edit, and submit abstract files.

To attend ICMMES, please complete the following steps:

  1. Create an account by going to the registration page; If your have created your account already, you can login here
    NoteAfter creating your account, you still need to register;
  2. Register to participate the Conference and/or short courses with your Conftool account;
  3. Pay registration fees on time (no registration will be valid until the registration fees are received);
  4. Submit an abstract online by login to your account if you wish to give an oral or poster presentation.
