The ICMMES-2018 has arranged discounted accommodation at Courtyard by Marriott at UD. The hotel is conveniently located on the north campus of the university. The group rate for ICMMES2018 delegates is 156.00 USD per night for a Deluxe Single King room or a Deluxe Double Queen room (a 25% discount), provided that reservation is booked before May 25, 2018. After May 25, 2018, the regular rate of 209.00 USD per night will apply.

Economy housing is also available through the University of Delaware student dorm at North Campus. The rates are:
One-bedroom Suite (up to 2 people): 72.00 USD per night
Two-bedroom Suite (up to 4 people): 104.00 USD per night
There is an additional one-time linen package charge of $25.00 USD per person. The Linen Package Includes: Twin flat sheets, pillow with pillow case, towel, washcloth, bath mat, trial size shampoo and trial size soap.
