ICMMES uses Conftool, a conference management software, to handle the registration and abstract submission. Participants are asked to create an account using Contool with a unique username and password. The required data to create an account are:

1. Your affiliation;
2. Your job title;
3. Your full name (first and last/family/surname);
4. Your business postal address;
5. And your email address.

Once your account is created, you can login to edit the information saved previously and/or to upload, save, edit, and submit abstract files.

To attend ICMMES, please complete the following steps:

1. Create an account by going to the registration page; If your have created your account already, you can login here.
   Note: After creating your account, you still need to register;
2. Register to participate the Conference and/or short courses with your Conftool account;
3. Pay registration fees on time (no registration will be valid until the registration fees are received);
   • ALL participants should use INSAVALOR to pay the registration fees in Euro;
   • For those from the USA, you can use Conftool (with PayPal) or other means to pay the registration fees in the US dollars. Please read the instructions under Registration Fees.
4. Submit an abstract online by login to your account if you wish to give an oral or poster presentation.
