Select the location as Pollock Halls and to keep the same room as the main event, select a twin en-suite room for single or double occupancy, depending on how many guests are staying.
The Accommodation is situated approximately 7 miles from the Conference Venue. There will be a dedicated shuttle bus offered between the Accommodation Option 1 (Student Housing) at Pollock Halls, University of Edinburgh Campus and the Conference Venue at Heriot-Watt University. The journey is estimated to take 25 minutes.

Situated within Pollock Halls and at the base of the impressive Arthur's Seat, one of Edinburgh's most famous landmarks and a local favourite for hiking and outdoor exercise, the accommodation offers easy access to Edinburgh's central area. All rooms are en-suite and residents have access to shared pantries across all floors, the newly developed Absorb common room and a computer lab, all situated within Chancellor's Court.
The LOC of ICMMES-2019 has arranged a shuttle bus service for ICMMES-2019 attendees. The shuttle bus starts every morning between Monday, 07/22, and Friday, 07/26, from Pollok Hall (the accommodation option 1) to the meeting venue at Heriot-Watt University. The shuttle service is free for the participants of ICMMES-2019. Those who stay near Pollok Hall should take advantage of the shuttle bus service.

Note: Hotels located at Edinburgh Park benefit from excellent links to the airport via the Edinburgh tram system, however transportation to the Conference Venue is limited. Taxi services would be suggested from these hotels to the Conference Venue.

Haymarket is an excellent area of Edinburgh for ease of access to/from the airport via the Edinburgh tram system, and the Conference Venue via bus. The area is also in close proximity to the city centre attractions.
