To request an invitation letter for your visa application, please provide the following information:

• your full name in English (as spelled on your passport);
• your date of birth (DOB);
• your nationality;
• your passport number (if you have one already);
• your title and business mailing address of your affiliation;
• your email address

to the local organizing committee at info@icmmes.org, with a subject line "letter for visa application".
